We at No Hassle Travel will make every effort to ensure you get to your destination on time and collected from your destination on time, however we cannot be held responsible for circumstances which are out of our control i.e

Mechanical issues

Breakdowns

Accidents causing traffic delays.

Exceptional or severe weather conditions.

Extraordinary changes to flight status.

DEPOSITS

All deposits where possible must be paid no later than 4 weeks before travel.

A deposit of £50 will secure the vehicle.

Any outstanding balance being paid by cheque must be paid at least 2 weeks before travel, if paying in cash please pay the driver the total of the remaining balance when he picks you up on the outward journey.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation there is a £10 admin charge

COMPLAINTS

We feel sure you will not have any concern for complaint but in the unlikely event that you do, we would need to receive your complaint in writing no later than 5 working day of the alleged incident.
